About the Company
Design-Business Collaborative [D+B]c is a brand owned by the Design Business Corporation LLP. Whereas the Corporation is engaged in creating, incubating and accelerating multiple design-centric product and service businesses, [D+B]c is purely an architecture, design and environment services consulting operation.
Formed three years ago out of a cumulative experience of over 30 years of its founders, [D+B]c has grown in impact and size significantly.

 Lines of Business: 

[D+B]c has the following consulting lines of business:
o   Industrial Architectural Design and Interior Architecture – Servicing the Power, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas Sectors
o   Interior Environments for Workplaces and Retail
o   Architectural Design and Master Planning for Governments, Institutional and Mixed-Use Projects
o   Visual Media and 3D Animation – Primarily for built environments, but also servicing Visual UI/UX Design for media, identity design, illustration and environmental graphics.

Desired Candidate Profile
In order to expand its services in scale, [D+B]c is looking to bring a high-impact business-development associate on board its team.
·         Desired Background: The candidate should ideally have an undergraduate education in an architecture, interior design or general design. An advanced degree in management would be an advantage
·         Role: The role is primarily a sales, marketing and business development hunter-profile. Sub-roles are:
o   Building marketing strategy and generating marketing content for web and print
o   Creating and implementing a lead-generation strategy for the lines-of business.
o   Cultivate and manage high-value customers
o   Manage sales pipeline and convert prospects into booked revenue
o   Manage revenue forecasts & projections and administer the same
o   Manage follow-up during project life-cycle and monitor invoicing
o   Drive and create strategic alliances
·         Key Result Areas
o   Revenue growth against set targets
o   Uniform development across lines-of business
Skills
o   Technical Skills
§  An understanding of design processes and methods
§  An understanding and experience of a design consulting environment
§  An understanding of sales processes and methods
§  An IQ of over 130
Soft Skills
§  Ability to communicate effectively
§  Ability to operate in an environment of ambiguity and uncertainty

Compensation and Reward
This is a highly critical position for the overall growth of the company. The right asset would be rewarded in a combination of:
·         A fixed salary
·         A handsome revenue driven incentive system
